Refund policy

Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations

Since all store products are made-to-order, customized for personalized information such as name/age/etc. we DO NOT allow refunds or exchanges for any/all completed orders that have been shipped, unless there is a quality issue! All items are handmade and we strive for high quality items. If there are any issues with your items please reach out to us via our Tik Tok Shop chat. In which case we will do our best to accommodate your request. Canceling an order must be done 24 hours after placing the order. If the order ships before this timeframe, we cannot cancel an order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out within 24 hours of your order being delivered if you encounter a damage or issue. If the timeframe passes, we are no longer responsible for any damage or issue. 

 

Approved Refunds
 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
