Return policy, stated below, also applies for cups. This is a handmade product and there maybe small imperfections, although I try my best for them to be perfect I am human and it happens.Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup, which can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.There will still be small air bubbles needed for expansion.
Lost/Delayed Orders
B & M Stickers will always ship on time for your desired event date. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays with your package or if the package has gotten lost on its way to you. Once packages have shipped, we are no longer responsible for its trajectory.

Since all store products are made-to-order, customized for personalized information such as name/age/etc. we DO NOT allow refunds or exchanges for any/all completed orders that have been shipped!
